WHAT IS A Static Parade
The Static Parade will consist of entrants forming at the curb around Borough Park and the public walking past and viewing the entries.
Those entrants that wish to participate in the Static Parade are asked to line up at the curb around Borough Park. Keeping as close together as you can so more entries can fit around the park. Overflow staging can be had on the East side of Water Street. You may wish to have a place set up for viewers to receive candy from you. Music may ONLY be played from your entry from 7 to 8pm. Line up will begin at 6:30 pm and end at 6:55 pm.
PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY STREETS.
HOW TO BE IN THE STATIC PARADE
For those who wish to view the Static Parade, just show up at the Borough Park and walk around. Bring a bag for candy, a camera for photo opportunities and enjoy the event. Please do not show up prior to 7 pm and the event ends at 8pm. Please park outside of the parade area and
